"Twice" this year already Kim in the bodyshop has done a quick job of finding parts & getting the job knocked out quicker then some of her estimated times. Looking to renew my service warranty by the end of the month. I love my Taylor Ford...

I brought my car in a week before dropping it off. And after having my car for two weeks, I called to see if it was ready & they told me they were waiting for the rear light to come in, apparently someone forgot to order it, pictures of the broken light were taken because I pointed it out.

I was never called about how my car was coming along, I called four times. They called me back promptly, my first call was made five days after dropping it off, but Monday was Labor Day so really four days. Never talked to the person who worked on my car, only the secretary which was fine.

The incompetency in the body department turned me completely off of Taylor Ford

I was told i couldn't drive my vehicle out of the shop because of a liability with my rim ,so i went and bought new rims ,service couldn't figure out how to replace my tire they tore 2 of my tires and had to replace them then when i got my car back the "liability rim" was still on my car and so was a donut on both fronts ..then i had to drive my dangerous vehicle because kim in body shop told me " they are kids back there i dont want to have them deal with it anymore"..so i took my tires and rims to Hot Wheels in Garden city and they put my tires on the rims in 20 minutes so i took my car back to the incompetent crew at Taylor Ford body shop and had my 4 wheel alignment done..my car still drifts to the right...i will never use Taylor Ford for anything ever again and my cousin is the head of the service department..kim in body shop needs retraining in customer service
