My car was not clean inside nor outside. I had to do the windows myself. It was full of dust in the seats on the windows, and in the back. The representatives name Kim and was nasty they are and told me not to call them anymore to ask about my vehicle and they will contact me. I will not be coming here ever again. Also they kept my vehicle an extra 2 weeks due to being not done. Also i had to pay for my rental car for another 2 weeks because i asked about my vehicle and the urgency to be repaired yeaand the urgency to be repaired.

This is why I have been with Taylor Ford for so many years. You do wonderful work there. Everyone is polite. Everyone is helpful. I stop in there with my dog Leah all the time just to say hello to everyone and thank all of you for the consistency in your work in your greetings towards people it’s just a wonderful place.
