My car was brought in for a accident, really no body work thankfully, the impact was the wheels. My FIRST visit after the accident all that was done was replacing 2 wheels, tires, valve stems, alignment and balance. I'm told the car was finished and NOTHING ELSE was wrong, that my car was checked over..... I call BULL. Someone didn't bother doing their job because all the noise My car was making when I picked it up was impossible to not recognize for what it was. Because of this my car had to be brought back, rearrange another rental. My first time using Taylor Ford and my LAST.
