The service I received from the gentleman who took care of the account was very good and professional. The only complaint I have is about the young lady at the receiptionst desk. I don't recall her name, but she is a black female. She attitude and demeanor was very rude and unprofesional. She presented the appearance that I was bothering her by asking questions. She was slumped ouver in the chair, laid back alittle and was too lazy to even remove he sweater that she had drapped over her while talking to me and typing on the computer. I initially started to walk out and take my money elsewhere because of how she was. I had to deal with her twice and both times were unpleasant. I only stayed because of the gentleman that handled my account, and becasue of the business reputation.
