The repair was not complete. Team did not bring everything to my attention at the onset and offer me the opportunity to take the car elsewhere when they discovered that previous body work would prevent them from being able to do a satisfactory job. Team failed to notice that the rear of the car was pushed in over an inch and that in order for the new bumper cover to seat on the car correctly, body work would be necessary. While leaks in the trunk were a result of previous repairs to the rear of the car, the pushed in rear was in fact new damage. When I returned with a knocking noise, Team failed to investigate the noise. I was blown off entirely. Team should not have accepted the job once they realized there was previous body work on the car if their policy is to not touch a car that was previously worked on. In my opinion, Team collected money for work they did not do.
