It’s unfortunate to say that my car has been rear-ended multiple times. But, this is probably the first time that I am satisfied with the work of my vehicle. This is also probably the first time, a shop has returned my car to me completely spotless! I hope to never see again! But, if needed, I will definitely choose you and refer everyone to you! Quick work but things missing from my car which makes me feel very untrustworthy and wondering if repairs were actually done correctly. No communication about anything once bumper was removed if there was anything else wrong. Also tire light is not on and not reading tire pressure on car

I would have liked being more informed about the day to day progress of when the work on my car would be completed.l had to call at least 3 times before I was informed exactly when my car would be ready. However, when my insurance company called you I finally received a call from you the next day that my car was ready for pickup. The repair of my car appeared to be well done and my door worked correctly.

I've had service here twice, and on both occasions, when I came in for an estimate, the front office staff did not acknowledge customers right away. I understand that they may be busy, but a simple greeting and letting customers know that someone will assist them shortly would go a long way toward making visitors feel welcomed and valued. Other than that, my experience was positive.
