Communication was a huge issue. I wasn’t told it was going to take 12 days for my repair until I was there to drop off my vehicle. After realizing myself there was an issue with my vehicle upon pick up, I was told it would take 2 days to get a replacement part. More than a week later, I was told to come over and it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. I arrived and was told 20 minutes. After almost an hour, my car was brought back with no work done to it. Instead of realizing their mistake and apologizing for wasting the hour to take to get to the shop and immediately bringing it back, I also spent an hour in the waiting room. I appreciate that All State was all handled on your end, but it felt that way. It felt like a ‘she’s not paying someone else’s insurance is so it doesn’t matter if she’s treated well.’ The lack of and miscommunication is one of the most memorable parts of my experience.

I will definitely tell all my friends about your company. The repair was very professional. I have had 2 different car repairs within 3 months of each other. Both times parts were ordered before dropping off my car. so was not without a car for a long period of time. Both times were given an estimate daye for my car repair and both times was pretty much the date that was given. also i was so appreciative that my car was detailed. very satisfied
