You got a winner when it comes to that guy. Mario, he is melo and knows when to talk. And when to raise his voice and very knowledgeable with body work and all he made sure that I was completely happy to the very, very, very end. That is rare, the repair was amazing. I thought the paint would be sketchy, and it's not, it's like it came off of the factory line. I am probably the pickiest dude ever. You can even buff this paint job out and it is so quality!

The check out was great. The receptionists were awesome and very polite. But the check in was marginal. The lady was supposed to give me an additional that agreed to pay out of pocket for paint chipping on the roof of the car. But obviously she ignored my request because she never provided a follow up quote as requested. That is fine though, I can go somewhere else but I did really like the repair that was done to my car.
