The repairs were done to my satisfaction. However, the car would not start. The attendant helped get the car started. There was, however, another concern: the engine light suddenly came on. The attendant took the vehicle back into the service area and dealt with the situation. He test-drove the car, and the engine light was no longer on.

Quality of repair is superb. Did not expect the outcome of repair because they made the car look brand new. Parts that were used as replacement are up to standard, paint job matches the overall car, and electronics function as it previously did prior to damages and body repair.

Professional and courteous. However, I gave it a 9 and not a 10 due to a comment that was made by the rep that checked in my car. When I asked how long it would take to repair, she said eight days. But she inferred that if anything it'll be sooner. That isn't verbatim, but I was under the impression that I was possibly gonna get my car in less than eight days. As much as I am happy and satisfied with everything, I do suggest to not make comments like this to your customers especially if they're gullible like myself.
