Telesis does not work to please customer, they work for the claims adjuster. As the guy with the pony tail stated regarding the adjuster " he is the boss. "

Car was involved in front fender bender. Car now has a shimmy in the steering wheel. Front end alignment should have been completed but wasn't. Need to bring back.
