Excellent job! I can't tell where the dents were. Looks great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the truck was washed before we picked it up. Thanks! I would have given you a "10" but there were 2 wire bundles which had not been attached to the wheel well liner. Other than that, great job!

I’m somewhat disappointed for in my understanding the front passenger tire side of my car will be replaced due to the damaged from the said accident. The tire was scuffed &/or scraped from the vigorous friction with the street gutter. Jennifer from Telesis took a picture of it during the damage assessment & I took a picture of it too. On the day, I picked up my car, I was 1st requested to pay the repair deductible of $1K & then, to sign the release documents even before I actually saw my car. All that needed repair were beautifully done except the damage tire. The mechanic told me that he didn’t see the picture taken by Jennifer. So, it was not addressed as it should be. So, the mechanic assured me that they’ll be calling me back to replace the tire. Until now, I haven’t received a call back from Telesis yet. My Car Insurance Agent, Jerry Strand is aware of the situation. Meantime, I’m not as comfortable driving my car anywhere thinking I might have another accident, this time due to an already damaged tire.
