Starting with my first greeting, customer service was top notch. Additonally, from the front desk, to the initial triage of the damage to my vehicle. The intake representative took her time to make a completed inital review, then the representative who draw up the estimate, explained all the line items and after initial removal of damage parts showed me and explained the work required to return back to normal appearance. The truck looks great, and completed before the estimated completion time. very satisfied, and would recommand to others, friends and family. Thank you Telesis Colluision Center
