I went in to collect my thing from my car, I checked in at the front desk, they were wonderful. They called the shop foreman Crosby back to escort me to my car, he was wonderful. He told me where to park and walked me to my other car to collect my belongings. Shortly after, while collecting my things, a man approached me asking me if I needed assistance and why I was in "his" shop. I told him I've checked in with the front desk and I'm supposed to be here collecting my things and that if he had questions to go check in with his front desk team. He proceeded to argue with me that I needed to tell him, that I'm not allowed there that I'm the type of person who always needs to be right and that I needed to be watched as to not steal his "expensive tools". This person was Mike. He was very rude and racial profiled me. He is an embarrassment to himself and Telesis. Several people in the back had to apologize for HIS actions to me. Mike has not offered an apology, so I will be post my experience in reviews where available to post about Mike at Telesis . To be clear my experience with the front desk and Crosby was phenomenal; this review is a direct reflection of my experience with Mike only, because he stated the shop was his and he runs it. Front desk and Crosby was awesome.Mike needs to get retraining in customer service or relived of his position.

I feel bad it took so long to finally post my feed back about my service at Telesis but I really wanted to make sure I had the time to write something well thought out when I'm not sleep deprived; the service done was immaculate, I originally purchased my RAV4 Certified from Toyota and honestly it did not look as good as it did when I got it back from Telesis, you guys are great at what you do, even finished without any delays, Lady at the front is lovely and the warranty certificate she gave me really shows how much you guys stand behind your work. Thank you so much and I will be returning if, God forbid, my car ends up in any other predicaments. Wish you all a Happy Holiday

Both my insurance and the other driver's insurance recommended Telesis, along with the local Honda dealership and even my own family. I would definitely recommend Telesis as they completely fulfilled my expectations due to all the recommendations I received.

Our experience with Telesis was absolutely excellent. They were kind, professional, and their workmanship was exceptional. I’d highly recommend Telesis collision repair to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle after an accident.
