It would have been a 10 if not for my recent experience. I've had my truck there on two other occasions and was very happy. The third time was really disappointing.
Repair Quality - 2.5/5.0 -
The repair itself was very good. This is my third time bringing my truck to you, so it's what I expected. However, in replacing my rear bumper I was told the new bumper would arrive white and you would paint it black to match the truck, or I could get a chrome bumper. I said I wanted the chrome bumper. I got the black bumper.

The personnel are great. However, I had to call back after nearly two months of waiting. I was told that Geico was short on staff. I think this was an excuse. After I called the second time, suddenly things happened. My guess was that I was forgotten until I called back the second time and was a little agitated.
