As soon as I walked into The Repair Building I was Greeted With A Smile From The Lady At The Desk. She immediately Started Assisting Me And Answering All My Questions To My Understanding. The Gentleman Came Out And Looked At My Vehicle Assuring The Damage To My Vehicle Would Be Fixed. The Entire Time My Vehicle Was Being Serviced, I Received Updates Informing Me The My Vehicle Is Half Way Complete And Also The Date Of Completion. When I Picked Up My Vehicle It Was Beautiful. Not Only The Damaged Parts, But Shining Like Brand New. This Is My Second Time With Them And I Am Very Happy. Thanks To Everyone At Terry Cullans.

The personal / staff were very professional.They are PRICELESS!!!! They treated me like a customer and NOT a number.They welcome you into their facility with a smiling face.It was clean,smelled freshed,not like a collision Terry Cullen @ Southlake,my truck looks like it, came off the show room floor when I pick it up!!!! Jackie (I think that’s her name) was super helpful with the whole process, the repair was done very well, everything was completed in a timely manner, communication was excellent, and the technician offered help and information beyond what I could have reasonably expected.
