Bart, Felicia, Jackie and their staff were helpful in making this a stress free situation. I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, it was clean on the outside and inside vacuumed. This is what truly took my experience with Terry Cullen Collision Southlake to another level for excellent customer service. I had heard a bumping noise coming from the rear brakes as I was about to drive off the lot. Bart came out and took me for a test drive just to assure me it was from the water on the brakes when my vehicle was washed. After the test drive I did not hear the noise. Thank you.
