The whole experience was great. As soon as I arrived the assistant greated me energetically. Eager to help me with my repair. The manager examined every little thing that had to be done and explained what he had to do to get my vehicle back to tip top shape. I received constant updates letting me know how far along the body shop was in fixing my car. I was sent a detailed report on what was being done and how much everything would cost. I was informed when my vehicle was ready, and the manager went over everything that was done and explained how some parts didn’t come in correctly. But I was still able to receive my vehicle looking beautiful as ever on the date given. I would advise everyone that I know to come to Terry Cullen’s collision center. Thanks for a great job.
