Missed 2 spots and had to come back for a second repair. Both should have been caught during the first round.

I had a car last year that I took over to car star and they aren’t any better. So as far as repair shops in Purcellville, both are not great.

Repair Quality

My car took a longer than expected, so I had to for additional rental car days. When I went to pick it up, 2 spots were missed. One was quite noticeable. I took a car back to get those repaired and was told that Terri would cover my car rental and the car would be done on Thursday. I told Terri I was going out of town on Thursday and was not called till Friday morning to say, the car was ready. Therefore I did not pick it up until Monday morning and I was charged an additional $156 from enterprise on my credit card even though the girl at Terry’s said they were taking care of the charges. However, the enterprise bill was charged to my American Express ending in 1002. I brought this up to Derek and he said that they were taking care of it even though it is still showing on my account.

Same comment as before. The rental car was an issue and still is I should not be charged an additional $156 nor should I have been charged the additional money off the first rental because the car was not ready in under the $900 allotment from all state.

As usual, everything went very well. Everyone is very nice, friendly. I always know I'm in good hands. I like the updates too! I always recommend Terrys and feel like I'm getting a fair deal. The only reason for the 9 was the floor mats. I had new vinyl mats in the car that were clean. I noticed as soon as I stepped in the mat on my side was filthy. Took it home to clean - full of sand and grit. Brushed it off outside, still had gritty texture. Hosed it off. Scrubbed w a brush. Still some black marks. Pristine mats now look used and dirty. All the other places I've been to over the years they put down paper liners over the mats which I wish they had done. Small thing overall but it was disappointing as they were very new and clean. ( Miss OCD here!). But my car looks great and appreciate the car wash too.
