I have been going to Terry's for years and the service and the work has never been anything but impeccable. I would never go anywhere else. I wondered how things would be when when Terry decided to retire. But Bruce and Derek are both terrific as well as all the support staff. I believe they truly are the best, not just in Loudoun county but in the entire state. 🌞💯⭐

I'm not happy that the job was not well done at the appointed pick up time, especially how obvious the rear bumper was unaligned. It's like they replaced the bumper and called it a day and didn't do a final check of the repairs before calling me. I had to go back inside to ask for someone to take a look at it, have some courtesy to explain to customers what work was done on their cars (with the car in front of them) so both are on the same page. Having to leave with my car and come back with it, once the bracket arrived was also an inconvenience of my time that could've been avoided. Even after the new bracket was placed on the right side of the bumper, there were still some gaps. Better than the 1st time, but not the same as it was prior to the accident.
