Cost was very reasonable. Charles was very nice and helpful. Quality of job was not worth recommending to anyone.

Paint job has drips and imperfections (dust/lumps in paint, chip). In addition, the clear plastic along the door jam that protects against chips was not replaced.

New ownership and repairs not up to par

TQC is under different owners and management. It is not the same quality care that I received before. TQC had my vehicle entirely too long for the amount of damage that was done. No inspection of repair were done accurately they just process paperwork and think you done, not. To quick to mark things as completed to get paid, appears to be deceitful because I was told it was fixed and it was not! 3 times I had to inspect my own vehicle and tell them it is not fixed. The last time I called I was told all car have a gap which is not true. Had to do some dealership checking for myself I went to 2 different dealerships to inspect the same vehicle myself and found no gasps. I feel like they were in it for the money and not the QUALITY. Unanswered calls and text left me to deal with my insurance company and rental company due to the unacceptable work that was done. Longer rental car usage which they stated they would pay for but did not. Multiple trips and inconvenienced for customer. Unacceptable customer service and carelessness. Don’t try to take advantage of women nor try to feed them a line of BS! Your quality of work should speak for itself that what make customers come back. Bottom line is TQC needs to do better, I will not use or recommend TQC for any vehicle collision repairs ever again.
