I received a text when I dropped off my vehicle stating that Texas body and frame would be sending status updates and a survey. I did not receive a single status update via text. The only updates I was given were the ones I got when I went in or called. If the text updates aren’t gonna happen, that’s fine, but don’t tell me they are. There was also a scratch on the inside of one of the passenger side windows, but there was no walk through to ensure there were no issues. I am 99% happy with the work done and service received from the team at Texas body and frame.
