Overall car repair process was good. Communication was good. I was informed by staff that the front bumpers on the 4Runner “saggs” which I believed but looking more at the vehicle it is significantly different then before, at least before the bumper was flush and it was only the ends that popped now you look at it and it’s about a half quarter inch split.

Brian Vickrey was my Service Advisor, and I would insist on working with him again. He was supportive, informative, and compassionate throughout the entire process. The rental car pick up and drop off was seamless; everything was so smooth. I would recommend working with Brian Vickrey, even if you had to wait a bit for an appointment. In addition to being energetic, honest, and experienced in car repair, he's worked for insurance companies. He knows the business inside and out and is the total package! I would definitely use Texas Collision again for the customer service and because the repairs on my car look perfect!
