These guys were highly recommended around the Bedford-Euless-Grapevine area by word of mouth and social media so I went in to have a minor dent repair on my car's left rear driver side panel. They estimated the job to be completed by next week. They called me the next day and said my car is ready for pick up. My car looked brand new when I got there and they even fixed all the rest of the minor dents around the ones i needed fixed as well as the other ones way on the other side of my car at no extra cost! They said they just took care of everything so I didn't have to worry about it later. Ubered me home and back to the shop to pick up my car. Gave me constant updates starting from the time I pulled up in the bay, to their repair garages, all the way up to the time to pick up my car. Their waiting area is like an admirals club at the airport with snacks and coffees, etc ALL staff are very attentive and greets you. I felt like I was in a car repair tv commercial. No gimmicks, just pure customer service excellence! Really easy to see why these guys are highly recommended by everyone. They'll be my new go-to collision repair shop going forward. I believe they offer regular maintenance job now as well like oil/filter change so almost a one stop shop. Good job Texas Collision Center team! Will definitely recommend you guys around DFW Airport and show off your work around there!

I really appreciate how communicative and transparent Brian was about all details! Even before I decided to come in to get my repairs here he called to see if I wanted to move forward coming to Texas Collision Centers and was very kind. Great customer service, he kept me updated thoroughly and if I ever needed to I will absolutely bring my car back
