Adam was great! Called me less than 48 hours after dropping my vehicle off to let me know the extent of the damage. Initially, he said to plan on 2 weeks but my vehicle was ready in a week!

I have received about 20 emails and text messages to complete this survey - overkill. The Amazon gift card was a nice touch but with all of the issues we have had - we should receive a $100 one.

We had several issues. Possibly it is because you are just gettgin established in Bedford. The credcit card machine was down. I did not feel comfortable leaving my credit card information written in a notebook. I was tolod that it was shredded and I hope that it was.

Adam was really great. My wife did find a small scratch on the passenger side door that apparently occurred during the time the car was at TCC. Adam advised us to let him know when/if we wanted it repaired and he would make sure it got taken care of. Overall we are very satisfied with the process and work done by TCC.

Adam was great. We did find a small dent on the front passenger door that we don’t think was there when we dropped the car off. Adam assured us TCC would take care of it when we were ready to do so.
