There were too many delays! The wrong part (or a defective refurbished)part was sent twice before BMW was contacted for the correct part. I had a rental for 29 Outrageous days which I was being charged $11/day. And to top it All Off, when I picked up my car yesterday, there’s a black spot burned into my navigation screen that wasn’t there before the Repair, and the associate told me it’s a BMW and Acura issue that happens all the time, and advised me to contact BMW about a Warranty replacement for the Screen???? Terrible Service compared to what I encountered at this same facility 5yrs ago. Thanks.

I was an hour early for my scheduled appointment and Zachary adjusted his schedule to take care of me and examine my car. I was updated daily on the progress of my repairs and the car was done a day earlier than promised. My daughter and I picked up the car (we were there 5 minutes tops) and Zachary had our car waiting for us outside. The young ladies at the desk were both very nice and friendly. Great service and great employees!
