Great experience from step 1. Other companies had no sense if urgency or caring. Texas Collision gave an immediate estimate without an appointment. Made it easy to say yes to having repairs done there. Staff was courteous and helpful. I was kept informed of the progress at each step and work was completed ahead of schedule. Not only was work done to my satisfaction, but car was cleaned upon picking it up. Job well done! Thanks for being the best!

Adam was great to work with, even helped me remove car seats! I was advised of the damage, what needed to be replaced, potential delays, and kept up to date as needed. All was replaced perfectly within the car rental return window. Hopefully I don’t need to come back, but if I do, I will return here first. Thanks for all the help!

Adam was great to work with. He advised me of the amount of damage, what would need to be replaced, and got me out the door with my car within my rental agreement. He called me any time he knew progress was being made, which is always nice to hear good news versus bad! Hopefully I don’t need to be back, but I will recommend my friends if they ask!

someone other than the receiptionist needs to be available to answer questions prior to droping off vehicle. the receiptionists were cold, robotic with their limited answers and condescending.

My original rep left work before confirming or relaying to me that the wrong part had been ordered for my vehicle causing a 4-5 day delay in the completion of my vehicle. Other than that, the new rep did an good job of keeping me updated and delivered on the promised date.
