We found TexasCollisonCenters and what a blessing our experience was from beginning to end! Bobby Warrick there was very hands on and kept us informed every step of the way! Our car is cleaner, inside and out than when we dropped it off!! They also had our car back to us within 4 days! This is a great car fixing experience. When I scheduled the appointment for fixing the car I was able to get in the same day. Front desk is super nice, patient and helpful! They have snack bar, drinks and comfy couch at waiting area. Super clean and neat. Then the service advisor Jonathan helped me with the walk around and asked some questions about the accident. The whole process is super simple. Afterwards the front desk called enterprise for me to pick me up at the shop and directly take me to the rental. Jonathan kept me informed with a nice phone call every week about the process. I have fixed my car at other places before and no one ever called me during the process only when the job is done. The result of car fixing is beautiful and they cleaned my car inside out ! I am really happy with the experience with Texas collision center. Now I never have to worry about my car being hit. If you have car collision problems go check this place out .Highly recommended!
