Texas Collision Center of Carrolton made getting my truck repaired a great experience. My insurance said that I needed to call a trusted repair vendor and set up an appointment. When I called the Carrolton location, Adriana answered. She was so kind and funny, and actually listened to what I had to say. I knew right off the bat that this was going to be a great place to go. When I showed up a few hours early for my appointment, Justin was quite busy with another repair. He immediately began to help me and get everything set up, he also kept me updated on repairs throughout the process, a true professional. The Carrolton location does and excellent job with repairs and customer service. I would choose them again.

Looks like everything is good but the back truck door sensor is not totally fixed and door is not closing as expected. In order to get door closed I have to open door for couple of times to make sure it is closed. Reported issue to Justin. Will get repaired when I’m in town back by Jan 8th 2024

Your front desk is super welcoming and bubbly. However there was little to no communication initiated about the repair during the process. I called after no news three days and again a week later asking for updates.

It still pulls to the side. It should have been totaled. A bent frame is hard to fully repair
