I had a great experience at Texas Collision Center, thanks to Alfredo. He was incredibly professional from start to finish and made the whole process seamless. I really appreciated the prompt updates regarding my car repairs; I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. Alfredo also took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Highly recommend asking for him!

2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz rear-ended. Texas Collision Center did a great job repairing the tailgate and bumper. Looks like new again. Issac was very courteous and professional as was the receptionist. The waiting area was very clean and spacious. The repaires were made with OEM parts and the paint matched perfectly. They even replaced my aftermarket decals on the tailgate. The repairs were completed by the date originally stated with no delays. No issues with the insurance. Isaac even made sure he was there first thing in the morning to personally deliver the vehicle to me. Thank you Isaac and all the repair team. Great work!

When my 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz was rear-ended, the dealership sent me to Texas Collision Centers in Carrollton. They did a great job repairing the tailgate and bumper. Looks like new again. OEM parts were used and they even replaced my aftermarket tailgate letters. Lifetime warranty is a big Plus.
