Melissa did a great job keeping us informed on every step of the process. She stayed on top of our insurance - and made sure she had our best interest in mind at all times! Our truck looks great! She made everything was taken care of from rental service, insurance was in place, cost matched, best prices and kept us informed along the way! My car was not fixed correctly and still has signs of needed repairs. I reached out but the office was closed and I will contact them tomorrow to bring the car back to be repaired properly. They dropped the car off and I should have gone to pick it up and I would have seen sooner that the car needed more repairs.
