Alex was very helpful calling me with updates about my car as it was being repaired. He was professional and friendly and made the fact that my car was damaged a little less painful. He was thorough and detailed with information about my car. Jessica was equally helpful and patient passing on info about my car when Alex was busy. am so happy that I chose Texas Collision Centers for my repairs. My Honda Civic looks brand new again after the accident. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly explained the repair process to me and was very patient with all of the questions I had along the way. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I was driving around looking for a car repair place and tried dealing with 3 other places for an estimate. Texas Collision was the most professional and worked with me like they valued my business (as a 71 year-old woman driving a 12 year-old Honda that's rare). Darius didn't treat me like I didn't know what needed to be repaired, worked with me on my schedule, and the job was exceptional. Thank you Texas Collision and Darius for making this a job well done.
