The only two people I had any interactions with were Alex and Jessica and both were extremely polite and helpful. I can be pretty annoying when my vehicle ever goes into a shop for work or repairs and warned Alex about that. He said not to worry and he was right. He promptly answered every question I had and also emailed me documents showing what work had been completed and their measurements; which in this case were about the alignment and their numbers. When it was time to pick my truck up, Alex walked me out to my truck while explaining and pointing out all repairs made. He was very thorough and took the time to answer all questions to my satisfaction. I will hopefully never need a collision shop’s services in the future, but if I do, I will use Texas Collision Centers and certainly recommend the same to others.

There is a weird noise heard from with the lower back of the car after the repairs which was non existent before. The noise is heard when the car is turning left. We are not able to visibly see anything from out side. Seems that there may be a tool remaining inside during repair work. Not sure if the noise is about something else.

The car after repairs had a new disturbing noise on the back end passenger side. I had to reconnect with Alex to get the car back in to the collision center after the weekend. Alex promptly took care of it very well. Thank you.
