I had an excellent experience with Texas Collision Center. From the moment I received my first quote to the time I picked up my vehicle, everything was seamless. They coordinated smoothly with my insurance (GEICO) and handled additional estimates quickly and efficiently. I visited both the I-35 East Carrollton location and the Reeder Road Dallas location, and at both places the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and clear in explaining the repairs. The facilities were clean, welcoming, and well-kept, with nice touches like coffee and refreshments. The technicians did an outstanding job not only fixing the damage but also returning my car in spotless condition, both inside and out. The service was fast, billing was smooth, and communication from the front office was quick and responsive. As an added courtesy, they even gave me $50 off my deductible since I dropped off at one location and picked up from another. Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with the service, professionalism, and care I received. Highly recommend Texas Collision Center!
