I don’t understand why my car had to repaired in North Dallas creating more distance and time on the roads. I work 12 Hr night shifts and that added more on road traffic. And stress's I didn’t need.

The shop manager was not present when I took the car home so no one could go over what was repaired or replaced. It left me in limbo without assurances of what was done and what I paid for!

It honestly probably looks better than it did before the accident. Definitely can’t tell it had been in an accident. You guys took care of everything down to the decal and trim. I was informed at each stage of the repair process and it went beyond my expectations. Everyone at Texas Collision was professional, skillful, and courteous making my vehicle inconvenience pleasant experience.

10/10 would recommend. Everyone was very kind and helpful especially Matt and Ruth. They kept me in the loop and make everything seamless and painless. Matt took care of me right away and kept me in the loop the entire time. My car was completed in one day (which compared to Ford who wasn't even going to 'diagnose' the problem for 2-3 days. I've never had a car repair place actually deliver in the time that is promised so you far exceeded my expectations. The facility is also clean and professional. Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly yall are the BEST!!!
