well its amazing how yall got all the dents off the car although some body panels seem a bit off but might also be the car age showing still doe like if it never been rain on. I do appreciate how yall do go the extra mile my brother in law had some door issues and yall took care of it free of charge definitely dont see that in other places, now in days

I honestly can't say enough good things about Henry and team. Dealing with hail damage and insurance claims is usually a nightmare, but this was hands down the most amazing experience. Henry kept me in the loop the whole time, they nailed the paintless dent repair, and tracked down the exact Rallye Red body panels and glass repairs. If you need , hail damage collision work done or go though insurance , texas collission is the absolute best. One addon I would surely recommend is if there are options to upgrade parts that can be billed to customer could be a option to look for in the future.

repair work looks great however, I didn’t get my tire lock key back (fortunately the lock was needed within 30 minutes after the vehicle was checked out.)

Henry Castillo was abosolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond to have our truck ready for graduation this weekend. I would highly recommend family and friends to come see if they ever need as work done on their vehicles.

I wanted to leave a big thank you to everyone at Texas Collision Center, especially Maria at the front desk and Henry in the body shop/mechanical department, for doing such an amazing job with my car. After someone hit my vehicle, the whole situation was stressful and inconvenient, but the team here made the repair process so much smoother than I expected. From the very beginning, Maria was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful. She always kept me updated, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Every interaction with her was pleasant and reassuring. And a huge thank you to Henry as well for the excellent work on my car. Everything looks fantastic and drives great again. But more than that, Henry gave me confidence that I would be taken care of and that my car was in good hands. That level of kindness and reassurance meant a lot to me during a stressful situation that was completely out of my control. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he helps, not just the repairs themselves. What stood out most to me overall was how respectful, honest, and helpful everyone was the entire time. It’s rare these days to find people who combine professionalism with genuine kindness, but that’s exactly how I felt here. Thank you again to Maria, Henry, and the entire Texas Collision Center team for the wonderful service and for helping me get my car back looking beautiful again.
