I wanted to leave a big thank you to everyone at Texas Collision Center, especially Maria at the front desk and Henry in the body shop/mechanical department, for doing such an amazing job with my car. After someone hit my vehicle, the whole situation was stressful and inconvenient, but the team here made the repair process so much smoother than I expected. From the very beginning, Maria was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful. She always kept me updated, answered my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Every interaction with her was pleasant and reassuring. And a huge thank you to Henry as well for the excellent work on my car. Everything looks fantastic and drives great again. But more than that, Henry gave me confidence that I would be taken care of and that my car was in good hands. That level of kindness and reassurance meant a lot to me during a stressful situation that was completely out of my control. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he helps, not just the repairs themselves. What stood out most to me overall was how respectful, honest, and helpful everyone was the entire time. It’s rare these days to find people who combine professionalism with genuine kindness, but that’s exactly how I felt here. Thank you again to Maria, Henry, and the entire Texas Collision Center team for the wonderful service and for helping me get my car back looking beautiful again. I truly appreciate all of you and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repairs and excellent customer service.

By FAR the best collision center I have ever been to. Not only did they do an AMAZING job fixing my vehicle, they made it look brand new with multiple car washes and an interior cleaning. Henry and Maria obviously care greatly about their customers and the entire shop treats the vehicles as if they were their own. Maria would pick up the phone as soon as I called with any questions (which were few because of her and Henry’s wonderful communication). I have never been so blown away with customer service and kindness as I was with Texas Collision Centers - especially Henry. They truly make you feel like family and give the best care to your vehicle. Already recommending to all of my friends and family!!

Henry and Maria were great throughout this entire process of repairing my car. They went above and beyond in many ways. Not only did they repair what was obvious but went around the car and buffed out some scratches and repaired so trim pieces that were missing small rubber tacks that hold them in place. THEN I was out of town when it was time to pick up my vehicle making it hard for my wife to return the rental car and pick up the vehicle since we have two young kiddos. Henry hand delivered the car to our house for us. Awesome awesome people and business. Bring your car here for your repair and collision needs. 6 stars.
