I had to fill the same information out several times. I was not kept informed as promised, rather I had to check in to get information. The credit card machine was not working when I was there, and the response time by the employees to get it fixed was lacking. I was told to be at the shop to pick the car up at 10 am and would be notified of delays. I showed up at 10:45, and the car had just been pulled up front 10 minutes ago, so Zach didn't have time to look it over for mistakes... of which there were a couple. Overall, these were minor things (hence the "small hiccups" phrase), but the whole company felt discombobulated and frazzled. I'm not upset nor badmouthing, but I wanted the person in charge to be aware of my experience.
