I had such a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision! From start to finish, everyone was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and stress free as possible. A special thank you to Malachi and Justin! They were absolutely amazing and provided such great customer service. I also really appreciate the gentleman who picked up my car. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was wonderful as well! What really stood out to me was how they went the extra mile by dropping my car off to me and even returning my rental car after the service was completed. That level of care and convenience truly meant a lot to me. My car looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you to the entire Caliber Collision team, especially Malachi and Justin, for taking such great care of me and my car. I highly recommend them! ❤️

Upon arriving to Caliber, Andrew Solis, answered all my questions… whether it was cost of repairs, time needed to complete the repairs, or how to communicate with him. I appreciated all the text updates about the repairs. Andrew seems to truly enjoy his job and that makes me feel confident that he will do a great job - which he did. My front bumper looks good as new! I liked that he personally brought my car out front and showed me all the repair work and asked if I had any questions. Because of employees like Andrew, I will definitely take any future repairs/body work to this Caliber location.

Amazing customer service. Andrew was my repair manager. Super job commicating and completing repairs in 4 day. Computer updates on repair progress could not have been better. Receptionist Cailey could not have been nicer. Very helpful when I called and excellent job with coodinating with insurance company.
