Upon arriving to Caliber, Andrew Solis, answered all my questions… whether it was cost of repairs, time needed to complete the repairs, or how to communicate with him. I appreciated all the text updates about the repairs. Andrew seems to truly enjoy his job and that makes me feel confident that he will do a great job - which he did. My front bumper looks good as new! I liked that he personally brought my car out front and showed me all the repair work and asked if I had any questions. Because of employees like Andrew, I will definitely take any future repairs/body work to this Caliber location.

Amazing customer service. Andrew was my repair manager. Super job commicating and completing repairs in 4 day. Computer updates on repair progress could not have been better. Receptionist Cailey could not have been nicer. Very helpful when I called and excellent job with coodinating with insurance company.

Just have to say Caliber did a super job. I met with service adviser Andrew Solis when I came in for my initial appraisal and from that day forward through out the entire repair process to repair extensive damage that took well over 30 days I was contacted by Andrew to let me know the progress and left me reassured that the truck would be like new on completion. After an approx 30 thousand dollar repair the vehicle was in fact completely restored to factory new condition. Yes I am a very satisfied customer. Please recognize Andrew Solis he is certainly a huge asset to the success of Caliber Collision.
