Easy process. They worked with my insurance company, got my car in and it was done a day earlier than I expected. They did great work! Car looks perfect! I will use Thacker again if I need my car repaired.

My experience w Thacker Auto Body was OUTSTANDING- I could not have asked for a better end result-my car was spotless in and out(I'm actually a bit embarressed that someone had to clean up my car on the inside though-I had no idea that would happen). The owner is extremely personable as well as knowledgeable. Although I, quite honestly, had never noticed the shop, I will most sincerely refer anyone in repair need to Thackers. I'm extremely satisfied and happy I was able to use this business for my repair needs. I would be happy to write an online comment as well, but when I looked earlier, I didn't see a place to do so.
