Communication was not the best after getting delayed for pickup 2 times. My car also was not driving well when picked as the the new tire needed to be moved to the back so I had to take it to the tire place. Also since having the car it makes sounds it didn’t before. Looks good but not sure it was done 100% correct which worries me

My car looks amazing! As if nothing ever happened. You expect that when you take your car into a body shop, that it will be repaired to satisfaction. That being said, it's not always true that the staff will be warm and welcoming. For me, that's what sets a place apart from the competition. These guys are class A!!! The staff is not only professional, they make you feel welcome and that they are happy to help!! Thank you The Body Shop!!
