Found out that they replaced my 22 traverse with a used tail light from a salvage yard in Sun Valley vehicle still new. They should have just order the tail light from the dealership then they ordered a bumper cover said it was damaged and now they have to re-order it so I’m waiting for that. I paid too much insurance to have used parts on my vehicle. There is not used parts on it prior to taking it in so there should not be used parts on it bringing it back out.

Most of the service people were nice. The gentleman who helped me initially Armando, and the last guy that helped me and I didn’t catch. His name were great. I was assigned to Rick, who was not very friendly. When my car was ready, he called me, but never left me a message so I had no idea until I called the following day. Also, when I walked in, he didn’t help me for some reason somebody else had to help me so I’m not really sure if he’s an owner and he’s exempt from some of the duties? I’m just making assumptions.
