I went in quite nervous about this because the other driver's insurance company recommended this repair shop. In addition, it was not next door. However, from the beginning, The Body Shop was extremely professional. I never had to be on top of them--they were always communicating with me, and always did so with understanding and warmth. The work itself came was great--I actually think my car is running better now than it did even before the accident. I would not hesitate for a second to use The Body Shop from now on--and to recommend it wholeheartedly to my family and friends. Thank you, The Body Shop, for making this--in spite of the circumstances--a great experience!

It was a little confusing. I got an email saying my car will be done at 430p. Then another one saying it was done which was received around 1150am. Then I get a phone call saying it will be done at 530. A little inconsistency in their time frame.
