There was a non-incident related dent on the trunk which I would have thought would have been popped out during the nearly 2 week stay at the facility. The work that was completed was excellent otherwise, but it would have been nice to have this brought to my attention. I would have willingly paid more to have the dent repaired.

Communication with Dino was excellent, however there was a glitch where I was getting texts giving status reports on a vehicle that belonged to another customer.
