Armando was great. My car is not done yet. Waiting for another piece. Michelle is horrible. I can’t believe I have to go back and deal with her. Her customer service sucks.

I was so happy and satisfied with the body shop the employee Armando and the other employees were super nice courteous professionals. The work was fabulous. My car looked like new. I couldn’t believe it and they did the work in three days before I was supposed to get it so I got my car three days earlier, which was wonderful. I can’t stand enough about Armando. He was amazing, friendly professional, Armando is the one that I connected with. honestly, I can’t say enough about this body shop. I am going to refer to everyone. I know I give him a 12 if I could thank you so much the body shop and Armando one last thing they washed my car. It looked like new they cleaned the interior of my car. It was wonderful because it was kind of a mess. Another thing I really wanna say also this body shop is elite so when I needed my rental car, they called enterprise and they came to pick me up, which was wonderful cause I thought I had to go over there, but that wasn’t the case and then when I got my car back, they told me because they’re a elite body shop that I could leave my rental car an and all I had to do was call in a enterprise and let them know that was so helpful.Thank you guys.

The Body Shop was committed to making sure my vehicle was completed with quality. Not to mention the patience they showed, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I cannot thank everyone at the company for the A+ effort they showed while fixing my vehicle from the office to the repair shop. Great team work over there.
