Communication was very sub-par and we were left guessing (incorrectly) about when to pick up the car. I was told it was a 3 day repair so we went to pick it up after a week only to be told they didn't have all the parts and the Jeep wasn't ready, and my wife, whi was dropped off, was now stranded at the Body Shop
