Had the worst experience i have ever had in my life i brought my vehicle there for an estimate and got that but was having work done somewhere else. I had to bring it back in for another estimate for the shocks undercarriage and suspension. I worte on the work order why it was there and signed the form. I got a call 2 days later and they said they fixed the door the running board and a few other things that I did not write on the form to even be looked at nor did I give them authorization to do the work. Then I went to get my truck they told me it was 2411 and explained I did not approve the work. Then they sent more things in insurance. John called me a few days later and said that I owe 1600 and some dollars to get my truck and when I got there to get my truck they told me I needed almost 1900 to get my truck and all John is saying is he said they turned in another 1600 into insurance. But none of the numbers even add up so I will be getting and itemized list if what they charged me amd also a itemized list for what my insurance has paid and my attorney will be getting all this figured out so after all of this I would say anyone who needs work or estimates done do not use Body Works they will try to make any extra dollars they can. And to top it off the lady in office was by far the rudest women I have ever had to deal with.

My initial contact with the Body Works was with Macy. She gathered the information on my vehicle as I told her about my damaged windshield. She was friendly and helpful. I then met Courtney, who went outside and evaluated the chips and crack in my windshield. She was very thorough in explaining the process of replacing the glass and the required recalibration needed to restore my vehicle back to original standards. Courtney ordered the new windshield and quickly got my vehicle on the schedule for the replacement work. My vehicle was done and ready in less time than Courtney indicated and my vehicle looked great. It was washed and vacuumed and that new windshield shined! I appreciate the professional service from Macy, Courtney and the technician(s) that worked on my vehicle. Outstanding customer service!

Dent is still slightly visible. I appreciate they cleaned the inside of my vehicle, but when reinstalling the rear floor mats they were installed incorrectly.
