Very kind and empathetic staff. My husband recently passed away and they allowed my truck to sit there for over two months after it was fixed, he never charged me a storage fine or fee because I had so much going on , they wouldn’t allow me to even finish paying for it on the phone until I was able to be there and pick it up.I greatly appreciated that.

I really appreciate that yall made a not so fun experience somewhat enjoyable. I also like how frequently you updated me in regards to my car - specifically in email due to being in meetings for work, it was nice to not always have to wait on a phone call or call back. Again, I appreciate the work yall did on my car and the customer service provided!
