Our Collision Center at Carter Chevrolet repairs ALL makes and models of vehicles. We are a Direct Repair Shop for several insurance companies, and we are happy to work with any and all insurance companies to get you back on the road quickly and safely. We offer free estimates as well as assistance in handling any questions on insurance claims. For your convenience we will help in arranging alternate transportation to fit your needs. In order to work on today’s complex vehicles, our highly skilled technicians are ASE and I-Car certified. The initial evaluation of your vehicle will be prepared using the latest in computer assisted estimating systems. Digital photographs are used with all estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing insurance claims. We also use state of the art computerized paint mixing, frame straightening and alignment equipment. We offer lifetime warranties on most of our work.

I cannot say enough about my point of contact Tamie Hartley . Long story short , in spite of my lack of exposure as to the process on through my insurance contacts who acted below standards . Tami held the Flag for me , without any compromise on quality in spite of the insurance company's lackadaisical attitude and low-level work ethic . I just want to say Tami fought for me in the front lines and never compromised quality of work or standards and she kept evolving until she felt , my vehicle was done right for the nature of my chosen profession . My hat's off to Tami Hartley . Please take good care of solid operators .

Totally unhappy with most of what went on with the repair from not being updated with progress on the repair to being lied to and told my seat belts were fine when they were both damaged in the accident. I had to call back and yell at the staff to get them replaced that should not have happened they new when I came in that my seatbelts were both done to lie and send me away with bad belts was wrong. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone.
