Overall, it was a good experience but being charged for a tire that was not put on the car makes me wonder what else I might have been charged for that was not done.

I indicated that my cell phone was the best way to reach me but calls were made to my home phone where my 83 year old father took the calls. It was confusing to him and the shop did not get the information they needed from me in a timely manner. When a customer indicates a preferred method of contact, they usually have a good reason for their preference. Because of this, the extra tire that I wanted to purchase was not ordered and put on the vehicle. When I picked up my car, the tire that the insurance had paid for had not been put on the vehicle as well. I spent about 2 hours in the shop over the next 2 days getting the tires put on my car. The staff was friendly and accommodating but this really all should have been taken care of before I picked up the car.
