Shouldn't use the text updates if not following. I received several that made seem like not problems. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have known you had to push to get done. Great job but in this case no news would have been better than inaccurate news.

When I went to pick up my car on a Friday morning, I noticed a scratch on the door they fixed that happened after the paint job. No one told me about it. I had to notice it myself and ask them to redo it. Then I picked it up that afternoon, sans scratch, and when I got home, I noted that the door was not hinged properly and stuck out a bit; it was not flush with the car. I had to call that afternoon to tell the staff and had to bring my car back again that Monday.
